I have heard that some schools offer programs where you can graduate with your doctorate in about 6 years. I am currently a Junior and want to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Your question baffles me. If you want to pursue a career in PT, you do not need to go to a medical school. The six year programs you read about lead to a BS and MD in six years, and you then go on into a residency program. You would be a doctor, not a physical therapist.
Once you are a doctor, you can do a three year residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, but you will not be a physical therapist after that program. You will be directing many types of therapists as they care for patients.
There are many good PT schools around the country.
